These terms cover your use of greenflagbids.com and the services offered by Green Flag Bids, a service of WMX Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
We publish summaries of public bid solicitations ("Bid Cards") and, for a fee, help contractors prepare bid packets. Bid Cards are summaries and opinions to help you decide where to spend your time. They are not legal, insurance, tax, or financial advice, and they do not replace the solicitation itself.
Always verify on the official notice
Agencies can change dates, scope, and requirements at any time by addendum. Before you rely on anything we publish or prepare, confirm it against the agency's official solicitation and addenda. You are responsible for meeting every requirement and deadline in a solicitation.
Your responsibilities
- You decide whether to bid and set every price.
- You review, sign, and, where required, notarize every document.
- You submit your own bid and communicate with the agency yourself.
- You give us accurate, current information about your company, licenses, and insurance, and you tell us promptly if anything changes.
What we will not do
- We will not contact any agency, official, or evaluator on your behalf.
- We will not sign, submit, or price a bid for you.
- We will not prepare packets for more than one bidder on the same solicitation.
- We will not charge a fee that depends on the contract amount or on whether you win.
Fees and payment
Prices are listed on our pricing page and confirmed before work begins. Fees are flat and due as stated when you order. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
No guarantee of award
Public contracts are awarded by the agency under its own rules. We do not guarantee that any bid will be accepted, found responsive, or awarded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts, or indirect or consequential damages.
Use of the site
You may use the site and Bid Cards for your own business. Please don't copy, resell, or republish our content in bulk without permission.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in Lee County, Florida.
