Local people helping local crews.
We're Bill and Misti McDowell, and we live in Estero. Green Flag Bids started with a simple observation: the counties, cities, school districts, and community districts around us put out steady landscaping and grounds work every month, and many of the crews best suited to do it never bid.
It isn't because they can't do the work. It's because the bid documents are long, the forms are fussy, and one small mistake can get a good bid thrown out. That's a paperwork problem, and paperwork is something we can take off your plate.
Bill has spent his career as an entrepreneur and executive coach helping small businesses grow. Misti works right alongside him and makes sure every card and packet goes out right. Together we read the bids, build the packets, and answer every message ourselves.
What we believe
- Small crews deserve a fair shot at public work in their own community.
- You should always know the price up front, and it should never be a cut of your contract.
- You stay in charge of your bid. We're the help behind it.
