We give you a worksheet built from the bid's own schedule so you can price from your real hours and costs. The prices are always yours to set, and we never share what other contractors bid.
What if I decide not to bid after you start?
Tell us as soon as you know. Our refund policy explains what's refunded at each stage.
Do you guarantee I'll win?
No one can promise that. What we promise is a complete, carefully checked packet delivered before the deadline.
