We want you to feel good about every dollar you spend with us. Here's how refunds work for bid packets and Quick Quote reviews.
Before we start
If you cancel before we begin work on your packet or review, we'll refund the full amount.
After we start, before delivery
If you decide not to bid after we've started, or the agency cancels the solicitation, we'll refund half of the fee. Tell us as soon as you know, and we'll stop work right away.
After delivery
Once we've delivered your packet or review, the fee isn't refundable, because the work is done whether or not you submit or win.
If we miss something
If we deliver your packet after the agreed date, or it's missing an item the solicitation required that we were responsible for, and that causes you to miss the deadline or be found non-responsive, we'll refund the full fee.
How to ask
Email hello@greenflagbids.com with the bid name and your company. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
