Green Flag Bids, a service of WMX Solutions LLC, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us through the contact form or by email, such as your name, company, email, phone, county, and crew size.
- Company information you give us to prepare a bid packet, such as your legal name, licenses, insurance details, references, and documents like a W-9 or insurance certificate.
- Payment information, which is collected and stored by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic site data, such as pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running.
- Business contact information from public sources, such as agency vendor lists, bid tabulations, state license lists, and business websites, which we may use to introduce our service to contractors.
We never ask for portal passwords, Social Security numbers, or bank account details, so please don't send them.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the services you ask for
- To prepare your bid packets and keep your company profile current
- To send occasional business emails about bids and our services, which you can opt out of at any time
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
How we share it
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider, payment processor, and document tools, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Your bid documents are yours. We don't share one client's packet, prices, or company details with another client.
Keeping it safe and how long we keep it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep client files while you're working with us and for a reasonable time afterward for records and taxes, and we'll delete them sooner if you ask and the law allows.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@greenflagbids.com. Every marketing email we send includes a simple way to opt out.
